Dan Brosman, director of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh's Small Business Development Center and Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, received the Propel Young Professional of the Year Award from the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce. Dan Brosman The award was presented Jan. 18 during the Chamber's annual meeting. It is given each year to a person between the ages of 21 and 40 who is making a difference in the community. The winner is selected by the board of directors of Propel Oshkosh, a development and networking group of young professionals.
